Artist's Reception

At any moment in time, images emerge that stop us in our tracks. They capture the mind’s eye and tell a story - fleeting moments that may never appear again the very same way.
Sometimes you miss them. Sometimes you find them. Or they find you, and you capture them as best you can with a click of a shutter.

Spanning 25 years of experiences, the exhibit features a collection of photos ranging from wide expanses of scenery to striking urban landscapes, from intimate street scenes to the abstract. Most were taken on solo adventures through national parks, wilderness areas, New York City and destinations overseas. Each reflects the perspective of one curious explorer, alone, capturing experiences that invite viewers to pause and connect.
