Appointments will be available at 10:00, 11:30 and 1:00 on Thursdays from Feb. 1 through April 11. This year’s process involves 2 steps: 1) Make an appointment - This can be done online at freetaxhelpwestchester.com (read the cover page, click “Schedule An Appointment”, and proceed) or by calling the MPL Tax-Aide message line at 914-340-3578. 2) After making an appointment, taxpayers will have to pick up an information packet from the library. These will include forms and instructions on what taxpayers must do before they show up. These packets will be available at the Mount Pleasant Main Library Reference desk starting Tuesday, January 23.
