Join us for our monthly Friday matinee film screenings!

Showing today: Breakfast at Tiffany's (running time 1 hour and 54 minutes).

The names Audrey Hepburn and Holly Golightly have become synonymous since this dazzling romantic comedy was translated to the screen from Truman Capote’s best-selling novella.

Holly is a deliciously eccentric New York City playgirl determined to marry a Brazilian millionaire. George Peppard plays her next-door neighbour, a writer who is “sponsored” by a wealthy Patricia Neal. Guessing who’s the right man for Holly is easy. Seeing just how that romance blossoms is one of the enduring delights of this classic gem from 1961 set to Henry Mancini’s Oscar-winning score and the Oscar-winning Mancini-Johnny Mercer song “Moon River.”

Nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role (Audrey Hepburn), Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Art Direction at the Academy Awards. Nominated for Best Motion Picture - Comedy and Best Actress - Comedy or Musical (Audrey Hepburn) at the Golden Globes. Winner of Record of the Year and Song of the Year (both for "Moon River") at the Grammy Awards.
